Leah is the owner and broker of Southern Oaks Realty. She became licensed in 2005 and opened Southern Oaks Realty in 2015. Licensed in both Mississippi and Alabama, Leah believes her biggest accomplishment is the brokerage that has been built and helped so many people reach their real estate goals. She is proud to be a brokerage built on communication, dedication, and transparency. Leah enjoys working with all clients, from investors to first-time buyers.
When Leah isn’t helping clients or leading agents, she enjoys spending time with friends, being outdoors, and vacationing to new places.
Leah currently lives in Hurley with her kids, Ashton (attending Ole Miss) and Rowan (attending East Central High School).
Delaney Davidson

Delaney has been a licensed real estate agent since 2021 and has helped clients buy and sell over $17 million in real estate in the last five years. A lifelong Hurley resident, she is licensed in both Mississippi and Alabama and spends her days bouncing between the state line and all along the Gulf Coast.

Taylor Pettway

Licensed in both Mississippi and Alabama, Taylor started her real estate career before graduating from Mississippi State University. Since then, she has continued to grow her knowledge and experience, earning six real estate designations and broker licenses in both states. She loves helping her clients understand the process and sharing what she has learned along the way. Her goal is simple: to make buying or selling a home feel a little less overwhelming and a lot more enjoyable.
After growing up in Laurel, Mississippi (and a short stay in Starkvegas) Taylor moved to Mobile, Alabama with her high school sweetheart, and Mobile has been home ever since. Today, they enjoy life with their little boy and their dog. Taylor loves getting to know her clients, building lasting relationships, and being someone they can turn to not only during a transaction, but whenever they have a real estate question.
When she isn’t helping people with real estate, you’ll often find Taylor making the drive back to Laurel to help with the antique mall she owns with her mom. She loves the mix of real estate, family, small business, and community that keeps her busy and wouldn’t have it any other way.

Kim Ivy-Talley is a Biloxi, Mississippi local who wears many hats—and wouldn’t have it any other way. She is a wife, mother, proud “Lovey” to many grandchildren, local business owner, and longtime real estate professional.
Kim has been a licensed real estate agent since 2013 and has been proudly with Southern Oaks since 2021. Her years in real estate have given her a wealth of experience, but it’s the relationships she builds along the way that she values most.

Whitney joined the Southern Oaks Realty family in April 2020. Born and raised in Hurley, she is proud to call Hurley home today, where she lives with her high school sweetheart, Kenny, their two kids, Leah and Jacob, and their sweet pup Dallas.
When Whitney isn’t helping buyers and sellers navigate the real estate market, she stays busy homeschooling her kids and teaching at a local homeschool co-op. She also loves spending time camping and RVing with her family, exploring new places, and finding their next adventure.

Reba Davis

Reba Davis has been a licensed REALTOR in MS since 2018 and has been excited to be an agent with Southern Oaks Realty since joining them in spring of 2026. She was born and raised in Jackson County, lived several years in central MS, and was thankful when her family moved “back home” in 2007, settling just north of Escatawpa.
Reba has an excellent track record of happy clients all over Southeast MS – from Moss Point to McClain, and from Pascagoula to Kiln. She is very detail-oriented, works hard, and goes the extra mile for all her clients – both buyers and sellers.
Prioritizing each client’s needs while protecting their best interest is her highest goal, and she seeks to ensure each transaction goes as smoothly as possible.
Her husband, Bryan Davis, also has experience as a real estate agent and often contributes his assistance and valuable expertise. Since they became empty nesters a few years ago, Reba has also worked more on honing her photography skills and creating custom floral designs. They both love spending time with their pets and enjoying the beauty of nature outdoors, especially when they can get away to the mountains or the beautiful beaches of our MS barrier islands.
