Owner/Real Estate Broker
Leah is the owner and broker of Southern Oaks Realty. She became licensed in 2005 and opened Southern Oaks Realty in 2015. Licensed in both Mississippi and Alabama, Leah believes her biggest accomplishment is the brokerage that has been built and helped so many people reach their real estate goals. She is proud to be a brokerage built on communication, dedication, and transparency. Leah enjoys working with all clients, from investors to first-time buyers.
When Leah isn’t helping clients or leading agents, she enjoys spending time with friends, being outdoors, and vacationing to new places.
Leah currently lives in Hurley with her kids, Ashton (attending Ole Miss) and Rowan (attending East Central High School).
Delaney Davidson
Real Estate Agent
Delaney Davidson has been a licensed salesperson since 2021. She studied for her real estate exam while a student at Mississippi State University and graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing. Delaney is also a licensed Realtor in Alabama. She spends most of her days hopping back and forth across the state line!
Delaney has been a life-long Hurley resident. She has a Frenchie named Saint Louis that she would bring with her everywhere if she could. She enjoys spending her days away from the office on the river, working on her online boutique, or vacationing ANYWHERE! Just tell her when to pack her bags!

Taylor Pettway
Real Estate Agent
Taylor is licensed in both Mississippi and in Alabama. She’s a graduate of Mississippi State University and is involved in her local Rotary club, animal rescues, and her college alumni association.
When she’s not helping first-time buyers or investors with real estate decisions, she’s spending time with her family and traveling. Her favorite place she’s visited is China.
Taylor lives in Mobile, Alabama, with her husband Tyler and their son Carter.
Beth Moore

Beth joined Southern Oaks Realty in early 2022. She has lived on the Mississippi Gulf Coast for the past 22 years with her husband and their two children. Beth looks forward to working with your family‘s real estate needs.
Kim Ivy-Talley

Kim has been a licensed real estate agent since 2013. In addition to being a Realtor, Kim co-owns Talley Painting, LLC and Pier 15 (located on the Biloxi River) with her husband, Keith.
With her life-long business experience and almost 10 years of being licensed, Kim has established a local reputation as a well-respected and innovative agent, knowing just what her clients need at all times.
Kim has a large family and loves being involved. She is passionate about their successes, and it shows daily. She lives in Woolmarket with her husband.
Whitney Brister
Real Estate Agent
Whitney joined the Southern Oaks Realty family in April 2020. She was born and raised in Hurley and currently lives in Wade with her high school sweetheart, Kenny, their two kids, Leah and Jacob, and their sweet pups, Oliver and Dallas.
Whitney says her biggest accomplishment (and we agree), is running 19.3 miles over four days in Walt Disney World for Springtime Surprise weekend in April 2022.
When Whitney is not helping buyers and sellers, she’s camping, RVing, singing with the praise band at Hurley Baptist Church, or exploring for new adventures.
Nick McMahan
Real Estate Agent
Nick McMahan is the newest sales agent to Southern Oaks Realty. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree from the University of South Alabama in Business Administration focusing on Management and Marketing.
Raised in Vancleave, Nick and his labradoodle, Nova, reside in Ocean Springs. He enjoys all outdoor activities including hunting, fishing, and boating. Besides real estate, Nick operates his own roofing company that specializes in roof rejuvenation.
Although new to the profession, he is ready to hit the ground running and full fill your realty needs.
